Follow the steps below
· Become a Kroger Plus Card Member by signing up at your local Kroger.
· Create an account at Kroger.com by clicking on register.
· Follow the prompts to register.
· When you come to the Community Awards prompt
(which is at the bottom of the page), click Enroll.
· Then search for Transitions .
Click on ‘Transitions of Dyer County’ and click Save.
· After you have created your online account you
will get a message that your account needs to be activated.
Check your email inbox;
click on the link in the body of the email.
or call 1-800-576-4377
choose option 3 and follow the instructions.
You are now registered!

The rewards program doesn’t affect your own personal discounts at Kroger
or your Kroger points!

Monthly Partnerships
By donating monthly, you play a key role in our ongoing work to restore the lives of women in need.

Sponsor a Woman
Your gift of $200.00 a month will aid in a woman's stay at Transitions. We never want to turn a lady away based on finances. Most ladies come to us needing help with only the clothes on their back. Transitions takes residents free of charge because of your help.
- Individual sponsorship
- Church/Group sponsorship
With your sponsorship you will receive a monthly update and a picture of the woman you sponsor. If you or your church would like to become a sponsor contact:

Give in Memory/Honor of Someone
Is there someone in your life you want to remember or honor with a special gift? Give a gift to Transitions in their honor or memory.
Transitions will acknowledge the person you designate.
